The Walther PDP came out swinging with lots of good names for everything from Super Terrain Serrations to Performance Duty Trigger. Having owned Walther pistols in the past I figured it would be an ok pistol probably with a good trigger. What I did not expect was it to be exceptional. Everything from the angles and ergonomics to the way it returns to zero after recoil. The trigger out of the box is great, especially for a striker set up. The adaptable backstraps help dial it in to your hand size and the grip texture all over the frame is some of the best in the market today. I have had no issues at all with this pistol and it has become one of if not my favorite to reach for. There is also a lot of aftermarket support showing up from Walther and other aftermarket companies.
