It think we have all heard it before when company says their barrel is the one that is more accurate or will last longer. There are examples of this when it comes to the CHF barrels from say Daniel Defense or Noveske both of which are known for extreme durability and reliability. So what is different about this barrel from Killer Innovations? Well besides the looks which are amazing and never hurt it is made of all the same good materials we would expect but is cut a different way to remove the human element from every process. Basically rather than being fit from one machine to the next they use Single Process Technology. Single point technology means the rifling is cut using the legendary and painstaking single point cutting technique. This single point cut rifling process requires a single cutter to make 120 individual cuts to accurately rifle each bore. Single point cutting yields identical grooves that have less than .0001” deviation between each other because they are being cut with the exact same cutter.
