Finally finished my Shinwa Odachi. I made the tsuba, Kurigata and Kojiri from scratch and I made the menuki out of conchos. I shortened the Tsuka a bit more than before I started this as well, before it was about 16 1/4" and now it's 15 3/4" which feels better to me while still providing a good amount of tsuka at the end to hit with. I rewrapped the Tsuka in shonai zuka (common).
