Professor Paul has worn and tested a lot of armor, both hard and soft over the last 30 years. Today he will test a soft body armor sample from Second Chance Body Armor. The panel is NIJ Level IIA, the lowest level recommended for street use.

How old is the armor panel? Paul received it in 1999 when he was evaluating various armor companies. We will test it against common handgun calibers; 9x19mm, .38 Special, and .45 ACP. All the bullets are full metal jacket design.
