When you were a child, squatting down to pick something up off of the floor came naturally. It was easy. Then, during some point in our lives, we decided to stop squatting and instead to bend at the waist. For many, that is when the back problems began.

Our challenge is for you to dedicate yourself for 7 days to not bend at the waist to pick things up, but instead squat down to get them. Professor Paul is north of 50 and he can do it. No excuses. Get it down and share your experiences via socialist media.
