During this special bonus video we will consider just how to do an original looking Rhodesian “Baby Poop” camouflage paint job on an R1/FAL. It is really not that difficult to make your rifle look like a battle-worn original. DS Arms puts a black Duracoat in the rifle in the factory.

Before painting we prepped the rifle with Duracoat TruStrip to remove any oil, grease, or other debris. For this traditional “brushstroke” camouflage pattern, we used a Rhodesian paint kit from Arizona Response Systems.
